Onsdag: 30 + 45 min CT + plankan 60 sek + 10 min armworkout program + 10 min Adrian James 6 pack Abs workout.
Torsdag: 30 min CT + plankan 2x30 sek + 10 min Adrian James 6 pack Abs workout + 70 st squats.
Fredag: 20+ 30 min CT + plankan 1x60 sek + 10 min Adrian James 6 pack Abs workout + 75 st squats
Lördag:50 min pw (4.9 km) + plankan 1x60 sek + 10 min Adrian James 6 pack Abs workout + 80 st squats + 12x10 armövningar.
Söndag: 6 timmar trädgårdsarbete plus städ, 10 min Adrian James 6 pack Abs workout + 30 min CT.
