Onsdag: 45 min CT + 100 rumplyft + plankan 2x30 sek + 10 min armworkout program + 10 min Adrian James 6 pack Abs workout.

Torsdag: 45 min CT + 100 rumplyft + plankan 2x30 sek + 10 min armworkout program + 10 min Adrian James 6 pack Abs workout.

Fredag: -

Lördag: 60 min CT + plankan 1x60 sek + 10 min Adrian James 6 pack Abs workout.

Söndag: Squatchallenge dag 1, plankan 2x30 sek + 10 min armworkout program + 10 min Adrian James 6 pack Abs workout + 30 min CT + 60 min CT.
